When you first set up your Seller Central account on Amazon, only you can access the account tools and features, but when you instruct Chaos to assist your business, we will need access to your account, thankfully giving user permissions in your Amazon Seller Central account is a straightforward process.
To Give User Permissions on Amazon Seller Central:
1. You need to login to your Amazon Seller Central account, Settings > User Permissions
2. Then select ‘Manage Permissions’
3. Select View & Edit on all, or where applicable. Please note: We do not require access to Refunds & Returns
