I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. Dealing with Amazon as a seller is nothing short of a nightmare. Paige was both professional and friendly. Amazon had carried out a category update without notifying me which had made my products unsearchable. Sales had dropped like a stone overnight. Paige’s patience and perseverance in dealing with non applicable “canned” responses finally got the problem solved when eventually someone from Amazon listened and acted.
