About A-Chem
A-Chem is one of the county’s leading manufacturers of water and solvent based products for various markets. A-Chem are the owners of Timbashield & Tanashield brands which provide everything you need to keep your garden buildings, fences, decking and furniture in pristine condition and looking great.

The client initially contacted us as they were looking for help with listing optimisation & Amazon PPC advice.

The Strategy
We started by looking into Amazon’s Guidelines & Policies around solvent-based products and conducted both competitor & keyword research to completely optimise the listing. We also created Amazon-friendly images to showcase the product and promote the brand.
Once the listings were uploaded, we then began building out PPC Campaigns. We only wanted to promote the product through ads once they were 100% optimised. This ensured we were directing traffic to a high-quality listing. The keyword research allowed us to use the best ranking organic keywords throughout the listing, and we could review this data to understand how to best approach the campaigns.
As the range of products is very seasonal, it was important to monitor bids and daily budgets to ensure they were increased at peak times when it was more likely for the sale to happen.

The Results
Product sales & impressions have continued to grow and we see this greatly improve in the peak seasons. They have recently rebranded so we have updated the content to reflect this. PPC Sales continue to grow and our team monitor, adjust and push on this where necessary.
- 461% Increase in monthly sales revenue in just 5 months
- Over 10% organic conversion rate during peak season
- Over 18% conversion rate on PPC ads during peak season
- The ads have been shown over 14 million times on Amazon in 2021!
