Castle Clothing are the owners of the TuffStuff and Fort brands and sell their garments through a distributor network.
Fort Workwear & TuffStuff is an extensive range of clothing and safety footwear which has been specifically created by Castle Clothing to provide you with quality, durability, and exceptional value for money.
This client approached us and explained how they have been selling on Amazon for around 7 years and were interested in listing optimisation, A+ Content and adding additional products.
Having reviewed the Vendor account, we could see that there were going to be some challenges due to the listings having multiple sellers. There were many products already on the account & we could see that not all the data was displaying correctly and variations were made up of lots of seller contributions - which made it very messy & confusing.
We could see there was the opportunity to completely optimise all the listings / product ranges and ensure that all the content was appearing correctly.
With multiple ranges & hundreds of products, we began creating batches and tasking ourselves with one range at a time.
We completely optimised all listings, created Amazon-friendly imagery and uploaded the brand new copy. Once this had been uploaded, we went through each product to see exactly what data had pushed through & what needed investigating. We opened the relevant cases with Vendor Support to ensure the copy was displaying correctly.
As this is a Vendor account, the variation process is different. We were able to create the relevant variation themes & submit the data sheets to Vendor Support to make sure all products were in the correct variations.
Once all the products were 100%, we then started creating A+ Content & Brand Stores for both Fort & TuffStuff. We took this opportunity to double-check all listings to see if any data had reverted - which is a common occurrence with Vendor.
We were also asked to look into some pricing issues & the Listing Quality Dashboard which we quickly deal with when any issues arise.
There has been a significant uplift, based solely on listing optimisation. The account is still improving month on month, on purely organic sales alone.
