When you first set up your Seller Central account on Amazon, only you can access the account tools and features, but when you instruct us to assist your business, we will need access to your account. Thankfully giving user permissions in your Amazon Seller Central account is a straightforward process. To grant access, you can use the Amazon User Permissions Setup feature to assign specific roles and permissions to trusted individuals or service providers. This ensures that each user only has access to the tools and data they need to perform their tasks. By carefully managing permissions, you can maintain the security of your account while allowing us to provide the support your business requires.

How To Give User Permissions on Amazon Seller Central:

  1. You need to login to your Amazon Seller Central account, Settings > User Permissions
  2. Then select ‘Manage Permissions’
  3. Select View & Edit on all, or where applicable. Please note: We do not require access to Refunds & Returns

4. Click ‘Continue’ on the bottom, this will save your preferences.
