The client got in touch as they were interested in listing optimisation & pushing products further.

The first step was to come up with a priority list & split the products into the relevant categories. Due to the vast range of different products, it was important that each one was in the correct category and didn't fall into something too general.

We then began optimising and uploading listings and ensuring that any relevant variations had been created. It was important that the listings appealed to both new and existing customers and we wanted to ensure that key features, benefits and how the product works were explained in the bullet points.

Due to the products already having past data uploaded, we encountered conflicting errors. As there were many products / batches, we broke this down and quickly got to work to get these errors resolved as quickly as possible.

Sales, page views and overall performance has dramatically improved from listing copy alone. We are in talks with the client about starting other projects to push products even further & are always here if the client needs a hand with anything!
