The Challenge

Upon a thorough review of the Seller account, it became apparent that there is room for improvement. The catalogue requires organisation to consolidate any duplicate listings and ensure the incorporation of relevant variations.

Additionally, there is a prospect to optimise all listings by incorporating more crucial information about the products. This will enable customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, its benefits, and identify the target audience.

It was noted that the client is brand registered but has not capitalised on exclusive brand features such as A+ Content and Brand Stores. Following discussions with the client, it was revealed that there are multiple brands under their ownership. This presents an opportunity to enrol these additional brands, allowing each to have its dedicated store.

The Strategy

We prioritised the products already on the account, starting with tidying up the account. This involved merging duplicate listings, removing incorrect listings, and having a plan in place for which products were part of a variation. This made it much easier to navigate the account and find particular products.

The next steps involved competitor and keyword research. This allowed us to understand how competitors were performing and provided data about the best-performing, most relevant keywords for this particular category.

We began working through the products, optimising each listing and creating appealing imagery. This was then sent over to the client for approval to ensure we were accurately reflecting the brand.

Once we had the sign-off, it was then ready to upload. We faced challenges with the uploads and made sure to troubleshoot as many errors as possible. Any remaining errors had to be raised with Seller Support, so we worked with Amazon throughout this time to ensure this pushed through successfully.

As soon as the content was displaying correctly, we then began creating A+ Content and a Brand Store to promote the newly optimised listings.

The Results

Sales & traffic have continued to grow! Tendercare has multiple ranges that continue to be added to the account. We have active PPC ads running which have  sales this year so far! As we continue to monitor & manage the campaigns, we expect to see this grow, ensuring we are pushing on different products where necessary.
